Arun Singh Rathore

For over two decades, Arun Singh Rathore has been helping individuals, leaders, and organizations unlock their true potential through meaningful learning experiences. As the founder of Metamorphise Learning Solutions, he believes that leadership is not about authority or titles—it’s about creating awareness, inspiring growth, and enabling people to become the best version of themselves. Every learning journey he designs is rooted in the belief that lasting transformation begins from within and is sustained through purposeful action.

With more than 20 years of professional experience, including 13 years dedicated to leadership facilitation, Arun has facilitated and coached over 50,000 growth journeys across diverse industries. His work spans leadership development, organizational culture, team effectiveness, peak performance, and behavioural transformation, partnering with organizations to create practical learning experiences that drive meaningful business outcomes. Rather than delivering standardized training programs, he works closely with organizations to understand their unique context and design interventions that are relevant, experiential, and aligned with their goals.

Arun’s facilitation approach combines global best practices with deep human understanding. As an Internationally Certified Dale Carnegie Facilitator, NLP Practitioner, Certified Psychometrician, and an MBA in Human Resources & Information Technology, he integrates leadership principles, behavioural science, coaching methodologies, and experiential learning to create engaging and impactful transformation journeys. His philosophy is guided by three simple beliefs—Excellence Through Simplicity, Transformation Through Realisation, and Actualising Potential—principles that continue to shape every intervention delivered through Metamorphise Learning Solutions.

Beyond his professional work, Arun is a lifelong learner who finds inspiration in nature, exploration, and disciplined living. Whether working as a farmer, exploring new places, creating digital content, or facilitating leadership conversations, he believes that every experience offers an opportunity to learn, reflect, and grow. This perspective brings authenticity, empathy, and practical wisdom into every engagement, helping participants connect with learning in a way that extends far beyond the classroom.
